Returns & Exchanges

At ADCO Hearing Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items are not a perfect fit, you may return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select your recent order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
